Project List

At the Annual Vestry Meeting on February 19, 2006, this project list was amended and adopted.

The following projects have been approved as things that money can be raised for, however, the parish will not be fund-raising for another project until the shed and parish hall floor is paid for.

If a parishioner wishes to donate to a particular project, you may. On an offering envelope in the space marked ‘Other’ write in the name of the project. Monies donated for a particular project will be set aside until the full amount to do the project is raised.

Generally projects over $1,000 require Vestry approval to proceed, and less than that the Wardens can approve, with the advice of the Parish Council as necessary.

This Project List will be reviewed at a future Vestry Meeting. Parishioners may propose additions to this list at that time. Presently the replacement of the shed and repair of the chimney are our priorities. The furnace is 15 years old and the Finance Committee is recommending that we raise funds to replace it in the near future.

* Projects were listed on flip chart paper. Each person present was given eight sticky dots, and instructed to put dots on the projects they wished to see done.
